Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Intellifin ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our cancellation policy. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded to our free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We will send you reminders before your trial expires.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Platform's operation
- Use the Platform to store or process illegal content
- Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the Platform without written permission
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all financial data, customer information, and other content you enter into the Platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.
7. Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to perform maintenance during off-peak hours with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellifin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days. We will provide you with an opportunity to export your data before termination.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
